I see alot of posts with affiliate links and personal promotional links throughout the post and not being reserved for the sig file. I don't promote that way and I think it should stay fair for everyone.

Although I do agree with the concept about the forum needing more moderating. From what I've gathered, seems that it's been ages since some of the moderators, that is that I know of, has logged in or made a post, etc.
