After calling and e-mailing cust. serv. about not being able to connect (4 days now), and being told I was the only one w/problem and that I must have a virus or firewall issue, and spending hrs. online and phone to find everything good on my end...wanted to tear my hair out  ...so glad I checked the forum and learned I'm not all alone out here. Vicki (cust. serv.-phone) was very helpful and supportive and even remembered me from a call mos. ago, but I rarely get a response from tech support on anything. I'm a disciplined player and don't like my rhythm interrupted  !!!! HELP!

at first I thought this was a low bandwidth problem. But now I am back on my home LAN with a high bandwidth connection and still no joy.
If it is supposed to be a firewall issue then there ought to be instructions on how to set up a proxy/firewall. I don't think so though. It did work for me initially and then it stopped.

did you guys ever figure out how to get connected or what caused you not to get conneted? I've been trying to connect since Saturday. and I keep getting "server down, cashflow cannont connect to the server, please check that your computer is connected to the internet" which my computer is or I wouldn't be able to type this post.

Hey guys,
When I first started playing I had trouble logging in to the server. I think it was a problem with my user name and password. I just logged on and did not have any problems.
Check your log-in and passwords to make sure they match your profile under the insiders profile.

Hi.. Just read this post and I tried it and now it is working. Thanks for the posts and thanks for replying guys. was really about to give up.
