the best viral list builder to be able to email thousands of interested prospects

What do you think is the most effective viral list builder? Many suggest List Bandit or ListDotCom and I'm planning on going with one of those (or both) but I'd like some feedback from someone who has used one or the other.
What advice can you give?

I have tried them both and would go with List Bandit. Though I have found viralurl more responsive then both of them combined.
