** NJ-NY Area CASHFLOW 101 Game - At hotel **

Years ago, I held a CF101 event in my apartment by posting it on the RD, PD website however, I noticed things changed a bit. It was funny to have total strangers go through the levels of my housing unit security to get to my home. :D Security told me they were uncomfortable with so many strangers coming over so, I stopped. ;)
Anyways, I wanted to let you and/or your group know that there’s a CF101 game in Woodbridge Hilton on July 28th from 6:30PM to 9PM in Iselin, NJ. It’s being run By the “TriState Mixer” and there’s plenty of networking. You can google the website. I don’t believe a person can “sell” there however, they can network and exchange business cards. You might be able to even talk to people there to get new members for your CF101 club. The organization is very into “networking” and unlike the other NJ real estate organizations, their speakers seldom try to “sell” to the participants. I do attend a few NJ real estate organizations throughout NJ in efforts to always learn more and network so, you might know/seen me before. (GSREIA/MREIA/NJRECLUB and etc.)

I do not run the organization so, that's why the late notice (I'm not part of their marketing dept.). I just figured it'd be cool to get many people together, to play. I just thought it might be good/nice for you and/or your group members come to come together once to a big hotel/game. It’s not a dedicated CF101 club like your group nor do I believe they ever plan to go that way so, they’re not out to steal CF101 players. They just have random fun events like, Go-karting too, every so often. LOL There is a small fee however, it is used to cover the cost of the hotel (from my understanding). ((It's a *FREE* sign-up I believe if a person brings a CF101 game board to share)).
I was looking to join a dedicated club myself and a few friends so, I’m wondering if you could please send me details about joining your club, fees and any other requirements if your group is still active too. Thank you in advanced for your time.
