Hello everyone I am from Australia!! and a big big Rich Dad Poor Dad fan :) I am reading his " Success Stories" and have just bought the other book called " The Business School for People Who Like Helping People" :) I would like to share my business with you. My company is based on services such as mortgages, loans, insurances, telecommunications, credit cards, internet, real estate...etc , as well as of course products. It is 15 years old and it is in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore. This year, it will hit the USA and then China next year From another posting: I saw this review on Kiyosaki ' s book " The Business School for People Who Like Helping People" - it made me read the book. Kiyosaki ' s book " The Business School for People Who Like Helping People" discusses the power of network marketing. In netwok marketing the avergae guy without much money can keep their day jobs and start their network marketing business part time. Kiyosaki says that Network marketing puts you on the B-Quadrant only without investing hundreds of thousands, having to buy or rent a building, pay employees etc. In real estate you use leverage in the form of other peoples money. In network marketing, you use leverage in the form of other peoples contacts, other peoples energy. Network marketing scares some people. It scares your bosses who want to continue to maintain control over you. It scares people in the investment business who hope you will never read any of Kiyosaki' s books and listen to their advice (while they participate in illegal investing techniques with your money) Kiyosaki makes a strong case for network marketing. " In network marketing" Kiyosaki says, " they want you to get better. In the workplace, they don' t want you to get better. It' s a rat race." Kiyosaki also says that network marketing is the perfect B-Business for somepeople but not everybody. It' s all based on values. Some people are weak and need the security of a paycheck. Others who want freedom and are willing to develop themselves, will find network marketing the Perfect B-Business for them. All the best MLEE

WoW!! It' s great to see that Malaysians are getting way ahead in pursuing financial freedom as compared to our previous generations!! I' ve just bought RK' s book called " Rich Dad' s Prophecy" . GREAT BOOK!!! It struck my mind as to how we can still survive if all retirement plans currently popular in the market are not performing in the future.. and why they WILL NOT perform. Read it, and u' ll know wat i mean! Love, Cheanu P/S: Hey kenny... I' d love to challenge myself with a game or two wif u!! :) Cheanu retired from employment at age 25 with passive income. I felt excited when I saw this thread. At last, there is one from Malaysia whereby we can discuss the practicality of Rich Dad Poor Dad theories. Undoubtedly, most of us come across the wealth creation idea through the pitching of " MLM" and it can' t be denied that MLM is one of the way. We see a lot of thread related to Real Estate Investment in US, but whether is practical in Malaysia context, I think we should discuss further to how does it work in our country? Come on, Malaysian.... Let' s make a wave for this thread.....

Hi there, I am from Kuching, Sarawak. I have read the Rich Dad Poor Dad and the " cashflow quadrant" . After in the financial business for a few years, I do realise many people (I must admit including myself ) lack the self dispicline and knowledge in investments. Many would be classified as level 2 and 3 investors. It may be due to the social and cultural background. I also found out that those investment gurus are as good as me throwing adrts at the names on the wall. How can we break out of these nasty habits? I also like to get into the real estate investment, but I am a rookie in the industry and the so-call agents here are not very knwoledgable about issues like tax advantages, real estate law etc. YOu advise on how to maximise our return from real estate inevstments would be very much appreciated. Btw, is there any richdad club in M' sia? Quando.[8D]

Hi, I' m David from Singapore. I operate a website promoting affiliate products and services - this includes RichDad products as well. RichDad' s principles have helped me to understand the journey I can take towards generating passive income. As my starting budget is small, I took the journey of setting up a website to promote and sell products / services for others. After a year and a half, I' m now getting a passive income of between US$200 - US$400 every month. Experiencing this small success has inspired me to [link=http://discovervalue.com/how_ap_works]write a online guide [/link] for my friends who were also interested to follow the same steps that I' ve taken. So this is an encouragement to all who have a tight budget that while your budget is small, you can still make your way to some passive income without having to invest large sums of money.
