What is your recruiting strategy to maximize your income?
Are you using this strategy in recruiting your network marketing team??

Are you analyzing strengths of every prospect you are looking to recruit if you are building your business online..

e.g...if you are terrible in video marketing , then it makes sense to have someone in your team , who is great in video marketing..He may not be great in Article Marketing , as you are..

This way you are building a powerful team with a multitude of skill sets and talents and you will produce results for your business in the shortest time periods possible..

What method or strategy do you apply in your recruiting?? lets discuss..The floor is open...

I like to use post it notes to market my business. My goal is to put out 100 a day with a little marketing message on it and my number. I have generated leads doing this offline method. At least 5 leads for every 100 I put out. I expect this to increase because I would get 5+ when I wrote them by hand, now I have a stamper and they look more proffesional.

My self and my students use a little bit of everything.
Article Marketing
Video Marketing
Free Marketing
Paid Marketing
Forum Marketing
The list goes on and on.  But the biggest truth about marketing, is learning the best ways to do it for yourself, and to do that you need a team and system to give you the step by step guidance that most people can not find.

Hi Adil,
you have to explore every avenue for expanding
the prospects of your business.
The key as you say Adil is to seek help in areas
you are not proficient in to strenghten your portfolio.
All the best Brian.

RE:What is your recruiting strategy to maximize your income?
Back when I first started blogging. All I could manage was 3-4 blog posts per month. Trying to do more than 6 posts/month was very difficult for me.

Over time I have gotten used to creating content and now consistently create 4 blog posts per month, 4 video blogs/month, 1 training video/month, 1 ezine article/month. My business partner Ray Higdon writes literally every single day. I have still yet to hit that point, but I am getting there.

Just don't be a yo yo marketer. Don't create 30 blog posts in one month, and quit. Instead push 20% past your comfort zone, and continue until that becomes your new comfort zone. Then push yourself 20% more past that.

Speaking of a team with various skill sets. One of the things that Michael Port writes in his book "Book Yourself Solid" is to create an Advisory Board on your blog/website. Come up with the top 5 marketers you have a personal connection with and add them, along with their bios, and area of expertise to your blog. This will improve your credibility as a marketing professional tremendously. Ironically, this is something most marketers don't have on their blogs. I am working on mine asap. It is an awesome idea.

Best Regards,
Nathan Conner

 Hi Nathan,
it is difficult to move on because every one gets stuck in their
comfort zone.I had struggles with blogging until I focused then I
started doing 1 every other day.
You just have to focus and set your goals to aim for.
All the best Brian.
