How should I start an IT business
Two months ago I took some CISCO certificates and I want to use them. First I tought about opening a computer service but the main problem is the advertising. I don't want to register a company so I can put some banners in the city. How can I make the people know about my business so I can't get in troubles with the police or smth like that?
PS: I'm 16 years old.

How about using some free advertising methods? Like Craigslist, billboards, forums etc.

Hey man,

Just 3 Words: You are Badass

I would suggest you focus on building a list of email subscribers.
(Just watch what Rich Dad Poor Dad did to acquire you email adress for exemple!)

For Free Strategies I would suggest

  • Blogging(Education as a Marketing Tool)
  • Local Search Engine Optimization
  • Craigslist
I would focus on finding a way to acquire subscribers so you can send them email and reach your audience on demand.(You can do this online or offline)

For Paid Strategies:

  • Google PPC
  • Facebook PPC
You must follow your inspiration my friend but If I could suggest something, from my personal experience, I would stay away from services and create products(maybe a software?).

Why? Because with services you are bound to a geographic location, exchanging time for dollars, really hard to scale it up and don't even think about putting that stream of income into auto-pilot. It is very easy to stay stock in the "S" category.

Hope it add some value.

Again: You Are BadAss
