Have to agree with Adrian here. The days of advertising by trying to sell sell sell doesn't work. People want to get to know you get to know the business and the person who is currently involved in running it.

know the person know the business. That doesn't mean you can't adapt your business and style to work for you, just apply if in a different manner.
