At least 50% of the time when I try to play the game, I can't because the game won't load. I've even let the window open and "loading" for up to an hour on occasion and I still can't get in.

It's not my internet connection. I stream netflix and hulu all the time and get near HD quality. When I'm trying to get into the game, I'm not streaming video, so there should be more than enough bandwidth on my end.

what gives? I see a lot of other posts about this, but there doesn't seem to be a clear solution.

Anyone know how to get this game to actually load on a consistent basis?
