I'm Carey from PA.  I'm a successful real estate investor, who is making the move from single family homes to multi-family properties (haven't bought my first multi yet, though.)

I'm also a successful ATM business owner (yes you can own your own ATM machines.)  Nothing like passive income without any tenants or toilets, right?

I even wrote a course called ATM Business Blueprint to show other folks how to start and grow their own ATM business.

One of my all time favorite books hands down is Rich Dad, Poor Dad.  Love his books.  Always looking for folks in the PA area to play cashflow with too!
