Rich Dad’s Tour of Asia Hits the Ground Running in Tokyo

Posted on: Monday, May 21, 2012

Tokyo, Japan – We could not have asked for a better start to our tour of Asia! As a world leader in technology and innovation, Japan has always been well conditioned to embrace the entrepreneurial spirit of the Rich Dad message.

After the “Lost Decade” of the 90’s, Japan knows all too well about the havoc an unstable banking system can wreak on its people.  With this in mind, world economist Richard Duncan offered up wisdom and strategies from his latest book, The New Depression, in hopes of preparing all of us for the larger economic crisis on the horizon. It’s only through knowledge and preparation that the people of Japan (and the world) can hope to weather, and possibly, thrive in the future economic turmoil.

The event was a great opportunity to share the knowledge of Rich Dad, meet and inspire future entrepreneurs, as well as break in our brand new t-shirt cannon. (Speaking of which, we hope everyone who got one of our special Rich Dad t-shirts enjoyed the bonus video that appeared when you scanned the QR code.)

The video features our most exciting new Rich Dad initiatives:

  • Online Learning Programs
  • Book Study Apps
  • And… CASHFLOW the Web Game coming to a mobile device near you.

Thank you to the nearly four thousand attendees at our event in Tokyo, Japan.

We hope you’re as excited for the future as we are!
